Certified Translations

This is regulated by the Association of Translators of Peru (CTP) and can only be carried out by a “Certified Chartered Translator” who is qualified at the time of translation. These translations are usually delivered as scanned documents (* .pdf) and also as physical documents. It is characterized by being done in a regulated format that includes: (i) a cover page with an own format of the CTP, (ii) stamp of the CTP, (iii) stamp and signature of the responsible translator indicating his/her name and membership number and (iv) statement of the translator stating that the translation is “a faithful and correct version” together with the date and place of completion of said translation. Due to Quality Control, this translation can also be accompanied by a Validation Format indicating the people who made the translation and the correction of the texts.

This type of translations is usually used for BPMs, CoAs, Certificates of Analysis, ISO Certificates, Quality Assurance Certificates, ISO Chapters or General Standards, Analytical Methods, Resolutions, Notifications, Dockets, Declarations, etc.
